pkoke Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform
By accessing or using pkoke you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pkoke ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkoke website available at pkoke.bet and all associated services, features, and content. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on pkoke, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
pkoke reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of pkoke following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account.

pkoke is intended for players located in Bangladesh. Users in jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited must not register.
Each player may hold only one pkoke account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
All account data, payment details and session activity is protected by SSL encryption throughout the platform.
All transactions on pkoke are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements stated in their individual promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and maintain a pkoke account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. pkoke strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. If pkoke becomes aware that a User is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and the mobile number used for your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account, as applicable.
- You may hold only one active pkoke account at any time. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of pkoke, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been granted.
pkoke reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time, including copies of a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated time may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Security
Your pkoke account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
Account security obligations
- You must choose a strong password unique to pkoke and not share it with anyone. pkoke will never ask for your password via SMS, telephone call, or any messaging platform. Any such request is a phishing attempt; you should ignore it and report it to [email protected].
- You must notify pkoke immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any unauthorised transaction, or any compromise of your login credentials.
- You must use the account only on your own personal device. Using pkoke on shared, public or employer-owned devices without signing out after each session places your account and balance at risk and is entirely your responsibility.
- pkoke is not liable for any losses, costs or liabilities arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that pkoke has not itself been negligent in the protection of your data.
pkoke reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other breach of these Terms. Funds held in suspended accounts will be reviewed and released or forfeited in accordance with the outcome of any investigation.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on pkoke are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkoke does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service fees. pkoke is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees.
Deposit conditions
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the associated pkoke account may be suspended pending investigation.
- pkoke does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed on the Payments page. Attempting to deposit via unsupported methods may result in fund delays or loss for which pkoke accepts no liability.
- Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits are set by pkoke and may change from time to time. The current limits are displayed on the Payments page. pkoke may apply enhanced due diligence for large deposits at its discretion.
- Funds deposited to pkoke may only be used for betting and gaming purposes on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention of using them for betting (for example, to exploit a payment method or currency arbitrage) is prohibited.
Withdrawal conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your name and matching the account used for deposits where possible. pkoke reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed same-day for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, where there is a suspected security issue, or during public holidays in Bangladesh.
- pkoke reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of a bonus dispute, or resolution of any outstanding matter relating to the account. In such cases pkoke will notify the User via the registered contact details.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
pkoke offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotions for Bangladesh players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail. Key general bonus rules applicable to all offers are:
- Bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. pkoke does not allow withdrawal of a bonus principal before the wagering requirement is satisfied.
- pkoke reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or coordinated bonus hunting. Players who exploit bonuses in bad faith may have their bonuses removed and winnings voided.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds, not cash, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. pkoke reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or related winnings from an account where these Terms or promotion-specific terms have been breached.
6. Betting and Game Rules
All bets placed on pkoke are final once confirmed. pkoke will not void or reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances set out below. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming any wager. By confirming a bet you accept the stated odds, stake and selection as accurate.
- pkoke reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in the odds, a data feed failure, or where the event was abandoned before the bet could be settled under normal rules. In such cases stakes will be refunded.
- In-play betting markets are subject to delay. pkoke is not liable for any bet accepted during a system latency period that results in a selection already decided at the time the bet was placed. pkoke reserves the right to void such bets.
- Casino game outcomes at pkoke are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe and others). pkoke does not alter or influence individual game outcomes. Published RTP percentages for each game are set by the provider and are available in the game information panel.
- pkoke reserves the right to suspend any betting market or game at any time for operational, technical or integrity reasons. Active bets on a suspended market will be settled according to the rules applicable to that market at the time of suspension.
7. Responsible Gaming
pkoke is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. pkoke provides the following responsible gaming tools which any User may activate by contacting [email protected]:
- Deposit limits — you may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap on your account. Once set, a deposit limit may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
- Time-out — you may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is inaccessible for all betting and gaming activity. Deposits already processed before the time-out will remain in your balance and be available upon the time-out expiry.
- Self-exclusion — you may request permanent self-exclusion from pkoke. A self-exclusion request, once processed, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment account after identity verification.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkoke and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not intended for ordinary player use.
- Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or live casino formats, match-fixing related betting, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to defraud pkoke.
- Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, including use of another person's name, mobile number, national ID, or payment account.
- Any attempt to launder money through the platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using pkoke as a vehicle for any financial crime.
pkoke cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally. Where pkoke identifies or is alerted to prohibited conduct, it will take all necessary steps including reporting to relevant authorities, freezing account funds, and providing account information to investigators upon receipt of a valid legal request.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even where pkoke has been advised of the possibility of such damages. pkoke's total cumulative liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkoke does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Whilst pkoke takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability for which pkoke accepts no liability. In all cases, pkoke will endeavour to restore full service as quickly as practicable and will communicate known outages to Users where possible.
10. Amendments, Termination and Governing Law
pkoke reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Material changes will be notified to Users via a notice on the platform or to the registered contact details on file. Your continued use of pkoke following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use and contact [email protected] to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
pkoke may terminate or suspend your account at any time with or without notice where there is a breach of these Terms, where required by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or where continued operation of the account would present a legal, financial or reputational risk to pkoke. Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to pkoke will be returned to your registered payment account following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within that timeframe, pkoke will provide a written explanation of its position.
